SENATE BILL NO. 168 "An Act providing a credit for the payment                                                                  
of certain municipal passenger taxes or fees against the excise tax on                                                          
travel aboard commercial passenger vessels; and providing for an                                                                
effective date" was before the Senate.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
President Green stated the bill would be referred to the Judiciary                                                              
Committee. Without objection, it was so ordered and SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 168 was referred to the Judiciary Committee.
